Position Overview

We are looking for a energetic, commercially minded Manager – Strategic Business Finance (FP&A;) to partner directly with the COO and executive leadership across Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Procurement.
In this highly visible leadership role, you will move beyond traditional financial reporting to act as a strategic co-pilot—translating high-level corporate strategy into actionable financial and operational outcomes. You will drive enterprise decision-making across commercial pricing models, capital allocation, SaaS unit economics, multi-year financial planning, and business automation.

What You Will Create and Do
Strategic Business Partnering: Act as an embedded financial advisor to cross-functional leaders, evaluating revenue growth levers, operational productivity, and cost-optimization strategies.
FP&A; & SaaS Performance Management: Lead the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), rolling quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial planning (LRFP). Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, NRR, GRR, LTV, CAC, Churn,



and Contribution Margins).
Commercial Finance & Pricing Strategy: Evaluate deal structures, enterprise discount governance, packaging models, and customer cohort profitability to maximize overall gross margin and deal velocity.
Financial Modeling & Decision Support: Build dynamic business cases, ROI frameworks, and scenario planning models to evaluate strategic bets, such as AI initiatives, international expansion, strategic hiring, and tech stack investments.
Executive & Investor Reporting: Prepare insight-led executive reporting packs, Board decks, and investor presentations that articulate performance drivers and strategic recommendations.
BI, Analytics & Automation: Modernize FP&A; infrastructure by leveraging Power BI, Excel/Power Query, dashboards, and AI-driven reporting tools to accelerate report generation and deepen business visibility.
