Your Role:
We are looking for a Qualified Services Consultant – Prisma Access with strong hands-on experience in Prisma Access implementation, deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting.
The ideal candidate should have experience working directly on customer deployments and complex network security environments, with a strong understanding of Palo Alto technologies and SASE solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Implement, deploy, configure, and troubleshoot Prisma Access solutions.
Work on GlobalProtect, IPSec, SSL VPN,



and remote-access solutions.
Configure and troubleshoot Palo Alto firewalls, security policies, and Panorama.
Handle authentication integrations such as LDAP, RADIUS, and Active Directory.
Troubleshoot complex customer issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA).
Work on network connectivity, traffic flows, firewall rules, and security policies.
Collaborate with customers, network/security teams, and cross-functional stakeholders during deployments.
Work in multi-vendor environments including Palo Alto, Cisco, Fortinet, Check Point, Juniper, etc.
Handle high-priority technical issues and provide effective resolutions.
Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge-base articles.
Contribute to best practices and successful customer adoption of Prisma Access.

Required Skills & Experience
5–12 years of experience in Network Security / Cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with Prisma Acce
