As a Collection Executive, you will play a vital role in our customer care team,
ensuring a positive and effective experience for our clients. Your primary
responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries, provide accurate
information, and resolve any issues or concerns they may have. You will be the
first point of contact for our customers, building and maintaining strong
relationships to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and live chats promptly and
professionally.
* Listen to and understand customer inquiries, providing clear and concise
information.
* Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely manner, ensuring a high
level of satisfaction.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular
updates to the team.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience

* Stay updated with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate

QUALIFICATIONS
