Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily shop-floor operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing manpower, monitoring production activities, ensuring quality, and meeting delivery schedules. This role requires robust leadership and technical knowledge of machinery fabrication and assembly.

Key Responsibilities- - Supervise daily production activities in the workshop.

- - Allocate manpower and monitor productivity.
- - Ensure production targets are met within timelines.
- - Check fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly for quality standards.
- - Coordinate with the design and purchase teams for material availability.
- - Maintain shop-floor discipline, safety, and housekeeping.
- - Train and guide workers/operators to improve efficiency.
- - Prepare daily production reports and submit to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications- - Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering (or relevant field).- - 3-6 years of experience in production supervision (preferably in machinery/equipment manufacturing)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
