- Supervise daily CNC Turning production and achieve production targets.
- Manage operators, manpower allocation and shift activities.
- Ensure proper machine setting, tooling, offsets and process parameters.
- Monitor production quality, rejection, rework and cycle time.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and process sheets.
- Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Tool Room and PPC teams.
- Monitor machine utilization, downtime and productivity.
- Implement 5S, Kaizen, TPM and shop-floor safety practices.
