We are looking for an experienced and technically competent Production Manager to oversee and manage production activities in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering and fabrication operations.Key Responsibilities: Plan, supervise and control day-to-day production and fabrication activities. Manage manpower, machinery, materials and production schedules. Ensure timely completion of jobs/projects while maintaining quality and productivity. Handle and supervise mechanical equipment, machinery, fabrication and related engineering activities. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, quality and project teams. Ensure compliance with safety, quality and production standards. Troubleshoot production-related technical and operational issues.Eligibility: B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering or Naval Architecture,



with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience; OR* Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / relevant engineering discipline, with a minimum of 10 years’ relevant experience. Relevant experience in shipbuilding, ship repair, heavy engineering, fabrication or similar industrial operations. Robust practical knowledge of machinery, mechanical systems, fabrication and production processes.

- Candidates with hands-on experience in shipyard/ship-repair or heavy fabrication environments will be preferred.Location: Kolkata, West BengalExperience: Minimum 5 years for Graduate Engineers / 10 years for Diploma holders.

Pay: ₹58,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
