Production Merchandiser – Women’s Fashion (Custom Orders & QC Focus)

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Production Merchandiser to join our women’s fashion brand. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth production of customised orders with a strong focus on quality control, team efficiency, and cross-department coordination.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee daily operations on the production floor with a focus on designer women’s wear.
- Manage and optimise the performance of tailors and karigars.
- Ensure all products meet high-quality standards through rigorous QC processes.
- Coordinate closely with the Sales team to track sale orders and delivery timelines.
- Maintain accurate production tracking, daily reports, and Bill of Materials (BOMs) using Microsoft Excel.
- Liaise with dyeing units and job work units
- Ensure production timelines are met without compromising quality

Ideal Candidate:




- 2-3 years of experience in garment production in women’s fashion.
- Strong knowledge of fabrics, dyeing, cutting, stitching, and finishing processes.
- Hands-on experience with managing teams and improving floor efficiency.
- Knowledge of Excel (for reports and BOMs).
- Solid communication and coordination skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to handle pressure and maintain quality in fast-paced environments.
- Experience working with ERP systems will be a plus.

Work: In person Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
