Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based at the Instabiz Solutions facility in Umargam. This role oversees daily production operations, including planning and scheduling, monitoring output, and ensuring that adhesive tapes, sealants, and spray paints are manufactured to quality standards and delivery timelines.

The Production

Manager coordinates with procurement, maintenance, quality control, and warehouse teams to maintain smooth workflow, adequate raw material availability, and minimal downtime.

Key responsibilities include managing production staff, enforcing safety and compliance procedures, optimizing processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency, and maintaining production documentation and reports. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives,



troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with leadership on capacity planning and current product scale-up.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong production and operations management skills, including experience in scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource planning.
- Candidates should possess quality and process control skills, such as familiarity with manufacturing standards, SOPs, and basic lean or continuous improvement principles.
- Candidates should possess people management and leadership skills, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and conflict resolution.
- Candidates should possess safety and compliance skills, including adherence to workplace safety protocols and regulatory requirements in a manufacturing environment.
- Candidates should possess communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and report clearly to management.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or Production Management are preferred.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing plant, ideally in adhesives, sealants, coatings, or related chemical products, is an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Umargam, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and use basic production software and MS Office tools is required.
