SEW Testing team leverages manual & automatic testing to ensure a great product quality during product development and implementation. SEW Testing team is most important arm in company to ensure we identify all the defects and issues before our products being used by end users.

We are now looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high-quality culture. This person will work closely with product, business, engineers, marketing, And infrastructure team to provide deep insights and actionable recommendations related to testing and quality for Talent Solutions team. A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a passion to make an impact through his/her high automatic & manual testing technique with timely actions.

We are now looking for a talented and driven individual to accelerate our efforts and be a major part of our high-quality culture. This person will work closely with product engineers, business analysts, and delivery team to provide deep insights and actionable recommendations related to testing and quality for Energy and Utilities. A successful candidate will be both technically strong and business savvy, with a passion to make an impact through his/her high product testing technique with timely actions.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Understand and analyze the requirements and able to do gap analysis.
- Able to write the test cases in order achieve the 100% test coverage.




- Able to prepare and maintain the requirement traceability matrix at all phases of Software testing life cycle
- Competency to understand and manage the testing of end-to-end systems with multiple dependencies effectively.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize the work as per the situation.
- Able to execute the script and log the defects in defect tracing tool.
- Able to report the daily execution status to the stakeholders.

Skills | Must Have: 1. Manual Testing Concepts

- Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), SDLC phases, QA processes, and respective deliverables.
- Requirement analysis, acceptance criteria validation, requirement review, and identification of gaps/ambiguities.
- Test planning, test strategy, QA effort estimation, scope definition, risk assessment, and release planning.
- Test design techniques including Equivalence Partitioning, Boundary Value Analysis, Decision Table, and State Transition Testing.
- Functional, Integration, System, UAT, Regression, Smoke, Sanity, Exploratory and End-to-End testing.
- Able to design, review, maintain and execute comprehensive test scenarios, test cases and regression test suites.
- Experience with RTM, test coverage analysis, test execution reporting, and QA metrics.
- Strong understanding of defect life cycle, severity/priority, defect triage, defect leakage, RCA and defect verification.
- Hands-on experience testing applications developed using Agile/Scrum methodology and participation in Sprint ceremonies.
- Able to analyze, define and create test data for positive, negative, boundary, edge-case and end-to-end scenarios.
- Experience in validating REST/SOAP APIs using Postman, SoapUI or Swagger, including request/response, headers, authentication and status codes.
- Good understanding of database testing and SQL queries including Joins, Subqueries, Group By, Having, aggregate functions and data validation.
- Experience in backend/API/UI data validation and verifying end-to-end data flow across integrated systems.
- Experience in release validation, production smoke testing, hotfix validation, production issue reproduction and post-release verification.
- Strong understanding of risk-based testing, impact analysis, cross-browser compatibility, non-functional testing awareness and effective collaboration with Developers, BA, Product Owners and Business teams.

2. Tools Hands on experience on at least one Test Management or Defect Management tool for example ALM, JIRA, or any Microsoft tool etc.

3. Communication - Above average communication and should be able to explain architecture of current project.





Payments QA Key Responsibilities & Required Experience

- Hands-on experience in end-to-end testing of payment applications and gateway integrations, covering complete payment lifecycle and transaction scenarios.
- Experience in validating payment transactions and exception scenarios, including transaction details, duplicate payments, retries, gateway failures, timeouts, callbacks, status mismatches, and payment/order integrity issues.
- Experience in creating and managing payment-specific test data for posting, success/failure, refunds, reversals, cancellations, retries, and client/server validations.
- Experience in validating payment callbacks/webhooks, reconciliation, database transactions, and backend data integrity, with the ability to identify and communicate payment failures, data inconsistencies, duplicate charges, status mismatches, and related customer/business risks.
- Strong experience in payment transaction traceability, defect analysis, and troubleshooting, including tracing Transaction/Order IDs and transaction failures across UI, API, database, payment gateway, and integrated systems.
- Hands-on experience in API testing and validation of requests, responses, payloads, and payment integrations.

Good to Have:

1. Selenium/Appium Functional Automation Tool Knowledge with Java and TestNG

Able to understand the framework, modify existing scripts (Page Locators or test steps), configure and analyze the automated test execution
1. Certifications

- ISTQB foundation level/expert level, Scrum master

1. Utility Domain expertise.

- Knowledge on different services in utility domain work i.e., Electric, Solar, Gas, Water
- Basic knowledge on major consumer-based segments i.e., Residential vs Commercial customers

1. Should have skills in AI/ML testing and tools from testing perspective.

Preferred Qualifications:

- BE/BTech/MCA with 5-6 Years of industry experience
- OR MS with industry experience, ideally within the relevant Product Manual Functional Testing & Quality Assurance
- Highly preferred candidates with experience in energy and utility domain
- Degree in quantitative fields - Computer Science Engineering, or related fields
- Business and IT experience ideally supported with relevant professional qualifications.
