What you’ll be doing

- Write product requirements clearly articulating the problem, its impact, and desired solutions.

- Act as subject matter expertise to ideate and build the consumer lending function.

- Drive collaboration between engineering, design, business and customer success teams, ensuring that the team has adequately prepared tasks to work on.

- Communicate product decisions and roadmap to both external and internal stakeholders.

- Work closely with our customer success teams to continuously analyse customer requirements, solicit feedback, and validate our product direction.

- Work with relevant teams to document and communicate our system capabilities to internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll need

- 2+ years of relevant product experience with a high-growth tech company or working in banking/finance-related business areas specifically in consumer Lending





- Demonstrate a deep understanding of the ecosystem, partners and opportunities in the area of Consumer Lending
- An eye for great UX/UI and a good understanding of design best practices (Design System et al.)

- Quick, scrappy and can get things done with lightening speed

- High analytical acumen along with a strong business sense that guides ROI-based prioritisation

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate decisions and the rationale behind them to stakeholders at all levels

- Comfortable working in a quick-paced, evolving startup environment. Ability to handle multiple projects and priorities.

- Strong customer empathy & passion for delivering delightful user experiences
