Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Manager at PodCraft Labs.

The Product

Manager will own the product lifecycle for MVP engagements, from discovery and requirements definition through delivery and iteration. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with clients to clarify vision and goals, prioritizing features and creating product roadmaps, and working closely with design and engineering pods to translate user needs into clear specifications. The role also involves coordinating user and market research, defining success metrics, tracking product performance, and facilitating feedback loops for continuous improvement.

Manager will ensure alignment across stakeholders, manage timelines and risks,



and help shape product strategy for Zero-to-One initiatives.

Qualifications

- Product management skills, including roadmap creation, feature prioritization, requirements documentation, and lifecycle management for MVP and early-stage products.
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (strategy, UX/UI design, engineering, research) and managing stakeholder expectations in a remote environment.
- Ability to conduct or leverage market and user research, synthesize insights, and translate findings into product decisions and clear user stories.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience defining KPIs, interpreting product data, and making evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including the ability to explain complex product concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Background in digital product development, ideally with exposure to Agile or Lean methodologies and Zero-to-One product launches.
- Comfort with modern product and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira or similar, product analytics platforms, design handoff tools, remote communication tools).
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Computer Science, Design, Engineering) or equivalent practical experience; prior experience in a startup, innovation lab, or consulting environment is a plus. MBA will be preferred.
