Role & responsibilities

- Define product requirements, specifications, configurations, and product roadmap based on market and customer needs.

- Conduct market research, product benchmarking, technology evaluation, and FTO/IP searches.

- Lead cross-functional product ideation, design, development, prototyping, testing, and validation.

- Drive product risk assessment including DFMEA/FMEA and certification activities such as CE/UL.

- Develop product testing strategies and ensure reliability through MTBF/MTTF monitoring.

- Support beta projects, pre-sales activities, customer trials, and field validation.

- Analyze customer and field feedback and convert insights into product improvements.

- Lead product launch activities including documentation, training, application guides, pricing inputs, and marketing communication.

- Drive value engineering, cost optimization, scalability, and continuous product improvement.

Preferred candidate profile





- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Development, Engineering, NPD, or Project Management.

- Engineering background in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics.

- Experience in intralogistics, warehouse automation, material handling, robotics, industrial automation, or related industries will be preferred.

- Robust understanding of product lifecycle management, product validation, FMEA, reliability, and technical documentation.

- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional technical and commercial teams.

- Experience in taking products from concept to launch and post-launch improvement is highly desirable.
