GIDE AI is a premium career counselling and college advisory platform that helps Indian students win admissions to the world's top-tier universities. Our ecosystem spans test preparation (SAT, ACT, AP, IELTS, TOEFL, TMUA), the GPATHS career assessment, and GIDE Exclusive college mentorship. We are now building GIDE 2.0, our futuristic product, and we are looking for a Product Lead to help us design a platform that brings counselling, test prep, and study-abroad journeys together in one intelligent experience.

THE ROLE

You will sit at the intersection of business, counselling, and technology. Your core job is to listen to every team, translate what they need into a clear product vision, and work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineers and designers to build it. You will own how requirements become process, and how process becomes a platform that students and counsellors love to use.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

•

Consolidate the requirements of counselling, test prep, study-abroad, operations, and marketing teams into a single, coherent product roadmap.

•

Map end-to-end user and business processes, spotting gaps, overlaps, and opportunities to simplify.

•

Translate business needs into clear PRDs, user stories, and specifications the tech team can build against.

•





Partner closely with engineering and design to shape the GIDE 2.0 technology platform and make sure it meets real business requirements.

•

Own prioritisation, timelines, and trade-offs, and keep every stakeholder aligned from idea to launch.

•

Define success metrics, track adoption, and iterate the product based on evidence.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

•

3 to 4 years of product management experience, with prior work in edtech.

•

Hands-on exposure to at least one of: study-abroad product management, test prep product management, or counselling product management.

•

A proven ability to consolidate cross-team requirements, map processes, and turn them into buildable specifications.

•

Comfort working directly with tech development teams to design and ship a platform.

•

Strong communication and stakeholder management, with a bias for clarity and action.

•

Bonus: familiarity with AI-driven products and a genuine curiosity about the future of education.
