Product Designer

We’re looking for a creative and user-focused Product Designer to design intuitive, engaging, and scalable digital experiences. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to understand user needs, solve complex problems, and turn ideas into thoughtful product experiences.

You’ll be involved across the design process — from research, ideation, and wireframing to UI design, prototyping, usability testing, and design handoff.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand user needs, business requirements, and product goals.
- Conduct user research and translate insights into meaningful design solutions.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
- Design intuitive and accessible experiences across web and mobile platforms.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers throughout the product lifecycle.
- Maintain and contribute to design systems and reusable components.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on feedback.
- Ensure consistency across product experiences and touchpoints.
- Present design decisions and communicate the reasoning behind design solutions.




- Stay updated with evolving UX, UI, and product design trends.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX Design, or a related role.
- Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and visual design.
- Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience designing responsive web and mobile interfaces.
- Understanding of design systems and component-based design.
- Solid problem-solving and communication skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.

Good to Have
- Experience working on SaaS or B2B products.
- Experience with design systems and UX research.
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development.
- Experience working in agile product teams.

Pay: ₹481,384.76 - ₹1,841,014.62 per year
