Qualification:

As a Procurement and Store In-Charge, your role encompasses two critical areas:

Procurement:

- - Vendor Management: Research and identify prospective suppliers

- - Negotiation: Request quotes, and negotiate purchase terms and conditions

- - Purchase Orders: Issue purchase orders and agreements.

- - Quality Assurance: Inspect and evaluate the quality of purchased items

Store Management (physical and e-store)

- -Inventory Control: Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information, and invoices.
- - Stock Levels: Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed.

- - Respond to e-store orders and arrange courier

- - Update and manage e-store products and stock
