7+ years of working on Procurement Transformation Projects as a Business Analyst or PMO

Must have experience with all MS tools like Excel, PPT and word, Good to have ARIBA or Fieldglass (procurement related tools)

- Ability to analyse data, prepare Management level presentations skills. Experience using Excel reports, MS Office Powerpoint, MS Visio etc.
- Experience of working on Programme Management tools such as Sharepoint, ADO boards etc. Understands programme management framework and can support Project leads on tasks.
- Self-motivated and highly organized professional with the ability to effectively support multiple workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of key project activities, including meeting minutes, RAID log management, and overall coordination of action items and deliverables.




- Ability and experience in driving the daily scrum calls with the teams. Understanding the business requirements and logging the bottlenecks wherever necessary.
- Procurement Domain Experience in any of the core business processes (e.g. S2C, O2R, I2P)
- Experience of working in an dynamic and agile team environment
- Ability to understand and define problem statement. Understand business requirements and communicate to technical teams if any product enhancement
- Valuable communication skills and ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Experience using Power BI or ability to design reports / dashboards
- Fast learner and ability work across projects / multi-task
