Key Responsibilities :

- Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery to implementation.
- Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research, interviews and usability testing.
- Collaborate with Product, Engineering and Business teams.
- Build scalable design systems and component libraries.
- Simplify complex problems into intuitive user experiences.
- Present design concepts and communicate design rationale effectively.

Key Requirements :

- 3 - 5 years of Product Design experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design.
- Strong expertise in Figma, UX/UI and visual design.
- Experience across discovery, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, testing and handoff.
- Solid typography, layout, colour and visual hierarchy skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Exposure to AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor, Midjourney, Lovable or v0.
- Preferred : B2C product experience, AI-first product design exposure and startup experience.
