Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and patient-focused Patient Relations Officer (PRO) to manage patient interactions, address concerns and ensure a positive patient experience throughout their hospital journey.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the primary point of contact for patients and attendants.
- Assist patients with hospital services, departments, appointments and related queries.
- Address patient concerns, complaints and feedback professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with Doctors, Nursing, Billing, Diagnostics and other hospital departments.
- Follow up on patient concerns and coordinate with the concerned teams for effective resolution.
- Conduct regular patient rounds and identify service-related issues.
- Collect and maintain patient feedback and satisfaction reports.
- Escalate critical complaints and concerns to the appropriate authority.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a positive patient experience.




- Support patient relations initiatives and hospital service-quality standards.

Mandatory Requirement Prior experience in Hospital / Healthcare as a PRO or in Patient Relations is mandatory.

Candidates without relevant hospital/healthcare experience will not be considered.

Education

Graduate in any discipline. Candidates with relevant experience in Patient Relations, Hospital Operations, Front Office or Customer Experience will be preferred.
