About the Role
We are looking for a process-oriented Core HR professional who can take ownership of HR process automation and HRIS implementation across the employee lifecycle.
The role is focused on identifying manual and inefficient HR processes, designing structured workflows, implementing automation through HRIS/HRMS platforms, and continuously monitoring and improving these processes.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Core HR processes and the ability to translate HR requirements into practical, technology-enabled workflows. This is a hands-on role that combines HR process knowledge, automation, HRIS, process improvement, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end automation of Core HR processes, from identifying manual activities and process gaps to designing, implementing, monitoring, and continuously improving workflows.
Map and redesign employee lifecycle processes such as onboarding, exits, engagement, performance management, grievance handling, and other Core HR processes into structured, automated workflows.




Lead/support HRIS/HRMS implementation, including requirement gathering, process mapping, configuration, testing, data migration, deployment, and user adoption.
Configure workflows, approvals, notifications, forms, reminders, and employee/manager self-service processes using platforms such as Zoho People or equivalent HRMS.
Monitor automated workflows and process performance, identify bottlenecks or failures, and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and user experience.
Collaborate with HR stakeholders, business teams, and technology/vendors to translate HR requirements into scalable and technology-enabled solutions.
Maintain process documentation, SOPs, workflow logic, and dashboards to track automation effectiveness, adoption, and continuous improvement.
