Qualification:
• MBA in Sales and Marketing Experience:
• 6- 8 years experience
• Worked in the Alco—Bev/ FMCG industry
Knowledge & skills:
• Brand / customer marketing experience with strong execution skills
• Very strong analytical skills both qualitative & quantitative
• Planning, budgeting, execution and review for portfolio handled
• Strong interpersonal skills and executional mind-set
• Strong communication & negotiation skills
• Retail activation related experience
• Decisive & effective problem-solving ability
• Detail orientation, strong organizational skills
