Position Overview
We are seeking a vibrant, people-centric, and creative Internal Communication & Engagement Officer to join our Mumbai team. Reporting into the Internal Communications Lead, you will craft and deliver compelling communications and employee engagement initiatives that resonate with our diverse global team.
You will translate business updates into engaging, accessible content, help build strong feedback loops,



and foster a vibrant workplace culture across digital channels and onsite events.

Key Responsibilities
Internal Communications Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute daily, weekly, and monthly internal communication plans aligned with company vision and operational priorities.
Create and disseminate clear, impactful updates, newsletters, leadership announcements, voice notes, and video messages.
Simplify complex business developments into engaging, people-centered communications for a broad workforce.
Manage internal digital channels, including microsites, internal video channels, and communication boards.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Plan, coordinate, and facilitate staff engagement events, cultural celebrations, and leadership workshops.
Foster dialogue and connection across multi-site and cross-functional teams.
Gather employee feedback, sentiment, and questions to continuously adapt and improve internal messaging.
