NJob Summary
nWe are looking for an experienced EUC L2 Support Engineer to provide end-user support for laptops, desktops, peripherals, and enterprise applications. The candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience in endpoint management tools, and ability to handle user calls and incidents efficiently.

- Provide L2 support for end-user computing environment N
- Handle user calls, tickets, and remote support activities N
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, and application issues N
- Analyze system logs andidentify root cause of issues N

- Manage laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals N
- Perform software installation, patching, and upgrades N
- Create, package, publish, and deploy applications using SCCM/Intune N
- Support domain join, user account issues, and basic Active Directory tasks N
- Support Microsoft O365 applications (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, etc.) N
- Troubleshoot VPN, Wi-Fi,



network, and connectivity issues N
- Perform OS imaging, device provisioning, and endpoint configuration N
- Handle laptop theft/loss process including device lock/wipe coordination N
- Maintain asset inventory and documentation N
- Ensure SLA compliance and timely issue resolution N
- Coordinate with L3 teams/vendors for critical incidents N

- Good communication and user handling skills N
- Ability to work in rotational shifts/support workplace N
