Job DescriptionRole Overview:
NWe are looking for someone with extensive hands-on expertise in managing qualitative fieldwork projects. This includes participant recruitment, scheduling and managing IDIs/FGDs, online bulletin board discussions, vendor and field team management, client management, project tracking, quality control, and timely delivery.
NOVERALL RESPONSIBILITIES:
N- Project Management:
No Leading all responsibilities on project execution.
No Forming complete understanding of client's research problem.
No Developing/ localizing research instruments like screener, discussion guide, research stimulus materials, secondary market information to support project objective.
No Leading briefing and training of data collection teams
No Conducting In-depth Interviews, Focus Group Discussions, Ethnographies etc.
No Micro-level monitoring project of data collection and ensuing quality controls on the project.
No Identify issues and provide timely actionable solution to data collection team.
No Qualitative Data Analysis and Reporting insights to client.
