NKey Responsibilities
nLead architecture and implementation of ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT/SOMT) solutions.
NDesign and implement end-to-end telecom processes covering:
NLead → Chance → Quote → Order Capture → Order Management → Fulfillment → Service Activation → Billing
