nJob Summary
nTUV SÜD is seeking a Manager – Project Operations to oversee the day-to-day execution and operational management of Pumped Energy Storage (PES) projects. The role involves manpower deputation, flow and energy calculations, stakeholder coordination, site inspections, and reporting to ensure smooth project delivery.
nKey Responsibilities

- n
- Coordinate with clients, internal teams, project engineers, and external experts during project executionn
- Lead Feasibility Studies, DPRs, TDDs, performance evaluations, design reviews, and LIEs for PES projectsn
- Manage manpower deputation and team coordination on project sitesn
- Perform flow calculations, energy calculations, and basic performance assessments for PES systemsn
- Plan and conduct site inspections as requiredn
- Prepare, review,



and submit project reports, data analysis, and progress updatesn
- Track project milestones, compliance, and timelinesn
- Maintain proper documentation and operational quality standardsn
- Support project teams in daily operational decisions and reportingn

nQualifications & Skills

- BE / B.Tech / M.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineeringn
- Strong understanding of Pumped Energy Storage systems and operationsn
- Experience in flow/energy calculations, operational planning, and project executionn
- Valuable stakeholder management and team coordination skillsn
- Strong analytical, reporting, and documentation abilitiesn
- Willingness to travel to project sites as requiredn
