The Principal also plays a key role in strategic planning and fostering relationships with external stakeholders in the healthcare and academic sectors. Key Responsibilities:

- Academic Leadership:Overseeing curriculum development, ensuring its alignment with regulatory standards and best practices in nursing education.
- Faculty Management:Recruiting, developing, and evaluating faculty members, fostering a positive and productive work workplace.
- Budget Management:Managing the college's budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and financial sustainability.
- Strategic Planning:Developing and implementing strategic plans for the college, aligning with its mission and goals.
- Accreditation and Compliance:Ensuring the college meets all accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.




- Student Services:Overseeing student services, including admissions, academic advising, and support.
- External Relations:Building and maintaining relationships with healthcare facilities, other academic institutions, and relevant stakeholders.
- Advocacy:Representing the college and promoting its interests within the broader academic and healthcare communities.
