Description Seeking a highly experienced software professional with 10+ years in designing, building, and scaling complex software systems, combining deep engineering expertise with modern AI capabilities.

Experience

- 10+ years of professional software development experience

Responsibilities

- Design and architect scalable, reliable, and high-performance software systems and platforms
- Lead end-to-end development of complex applications from concept to deployment
- Define system architecture, design patterns, and best practices across teams
- Write clean, maintainable, and effective code across multiple layers (backend, APIs, distributed systems)
- Evaluate and integrate modern technologies including AI/ML frameworks and agent-based systems
- Design and develop AI agents for automation, decision-making, and workflow orchestration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, data, DevOps) to deliver impactful solutions
- Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high engineering standards
- Drive performance optimisation, scalability, and security improvements

- Clear communicator who can bridge technical and business discussions
- Ability to design autonomous or semi-autonomous agents that interact with tools, APIs, and workflows
- Experience integrating AI into production systems
- In-person onboarding and/or in-person ID verification may be required

Nice To Have

- Experience in platform engineering or building developer tools
- Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring
- Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines
- Prior experience in technical leadership or architect roles
- Experience building multi-agent systems
- Contributions to open-source projects
- Experience with real-time systems or high-throughput platforms
