Key Responsibilities

- Conduct and support product demos for customers, partners, and stakeholders.

- Understand customer requirements and prepare solution inputs.

- Prepare proposals, presentations, BOQs, MOMs, and commercial documents.

- Fill technical compliance sheets, tender specifications, and feature mapping documents.

- Support server sizing, storage calculation, bandwidth estimation, and infrastructure planning.

- Coordinate with technical teams for solution feasibility, clarification, and guidance.

- Take pricing and commercial approvals from internal stakeholders.

- Maintain CRM with customer details, meeting notes, prospect status, and follow-ups.

- Align meetings with customers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

- Track customer requirements, proposal status, pending closures, and action items.

- Support the sales team in documentation, follow-ups, and deal coordination.

Required Skills

- Good communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to understand customer requirements and convert them into proposal inputs.

- Experience preparing proposals, presentations, MOMs, and technical documents.





- Understanding of technology products, software solutions, and IT infrastructure.

- Good coordination skills with customers and internal teams.

- Working knowledge of CRM tools, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Skills

- Understanding of server sizing, storage, bandwidth, and infrastructure requirements.

- Experience coordinating with technical teams for solution design.

- Understanding of pricing approval and proposal submission processes.

- Experience managing customer meetings, follow-ups, and opportunity tracking.

- Experience in tender/RFP/technical compliance documentation.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to AI, automation, CCTV, VMS, video analytics, command center, or collaboration platforms.

- Basic understanding of cloud and on-premise deployments.

- Experience working in B2B or enterprise sales environments.

- Understanding of use cases such as surveillance, fire detection, PPE detection, ANPR, face recognition, intrusion detection, crowd analytics, remote inspection, and automation workflows.
