nAbout the Role
nWe are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a solid background in SaaS Software Sales. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of selling B2B software solutions, managing enterprise sales cycles, and closing high-value deals.

nKey Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through networking, outbound sales, referrals, and strategic partnerships.n
- Identify and engage real estate developers, builders, channel partners, and enterprise clients.n
- Conduct product demonstrations and present archVi's SaaS platform to decision-makers.n
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.n
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise customers.n
- Collaborate with the product, marketing, and customer success teams to maximize client success.n
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.n
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.n
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.n
