MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

Achieving Production Targets:

* OEE of Extruder & vacuum forming machines to be improve as per set targets.

Eliminating Rejection & Scrap:

* Rejection during change over & in process to be reduce by improving
production efficiencies to a set yearly target.

Process Improvement & Cost Saving:

* To be participate in SMED, CLIT & MY Machine-like campaign in the department.

* Operate and monitor extrusion and vacuum forming machines.

* Set up machines and adjust process parameters as required.

* Ensure product quality as per specifications.

* Troubleshoot basic machine and process issues.

* Perform routine machine checks and basic maintenance.

* Follow safety, product quality, housekeeping (5S), company policies and
production procedures.

* Maintain production records and report any abnormalities.

* Coordinate with CFT teams to meet the new products targets.

* Coordinate with maintenance and quality teams for smooth operations.

* Ensure timely completion of production schedules and daily targets.





* Train and guide machine operators on proper machine operating procedures.

* Ensure compliance with ISO, WRAP and other applicable quality and safety
standards.

Manufacturing Excellence & Audit Compliances:

* Find out number of Kaizens in the shift & implement it.

* 5S to be maintain in shift .

* Worked on 3m Muda mura & muri in shift .

* Take care of safety measures in shift .

* Take care of work & Actions related to ISO 14000, SMETA & SA 8000 Audit.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education

Diploma in mechanical

Experience Requirements

* 4 to 5 years’ experience in Plastic processing,

* Supervisory & Interpersonal Skills

* Robust shift handling experience.

* Problem Solving & Analytical ability
