MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES / ACTIVITIES OF THIS JOB (list not more than 10 items)

Product Design:

* 3D Design for new product as per the Input from designer.

* CAD models, Engineering drawing & Assembly design.

* 3D model renderingfor visualization.

* 3D printing of parts for recent product.

* Innovation for new products through design.

Mold Design:

* Injection Mold Design concept.

* Prepare input for texturization on injection molds.

* Coordinate with Vendor for fine tuning of Mold Design.

Tool Design:

* Design of Tools used for production.

* Design of Drill jigs, Cooling Jigs, locating jigs.

Modification in existing product:

* Responsible to work on product modifications.

* Changes in Product design from the perspective of quality improvement.

* Works on the product design from Cost Optimization point of view

Maintain drawings in Teamcenter

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Diploma or Graduation in Engineering
