We're Hiring: Business Development Executive – IT & Software Sales

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team and drive sales in the IT & software space.

This is a role for someone who enjoys meeting people, understanding business problems, finding opportunities, and converting conversations into clients.

What You'll Be Doing

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT/software market
• Proactively approach potential clients through calls, networking, referrals, and field visits
• Meet business owners, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand their requirements
• Identify what the client actually needs and recommend the right software solution
• Conduct product presentations and sales discussions
• Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation to closing
• Maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients
• Consistently work towards and achieve assigned sales targets
• Travel for client meetings, presentations, and business development activities when required




• Keep track of market trends, competitors, and new business opportunities
What We're Looking For

✅ Prior experience in IT/software sales or B2B software sales is preferred
✅ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✅ Comfortable with field sales and meeting clients in person
✅ Highly proactive, energetic, and willing to take initiative
✅ Target-oriented and comfortable working under sales pressure
✅ Valuable ability to understand client intent, pain points, and business requirements
✅ Basic understanding of software products and how businesses use technology
✅ Quick learner who can understand and confidently explain new software solutions
✅ Strong negotiation and convincing skills
✅ Willingness to travel for client meetings
✅ Positive attitude and willingness to take on challenges
