DOCO is looking for a high-energy, hands-on Store Manager to lead our Dark Store / Rural Distribution Centre at Jattari, Aligarh.

If you understand FMCG, rural retail and the local markets around Jattari, we’d love to hear from you
? Location: Jattari, Aligarh District
? Experience: 3+ years in FMCG / Retail / Distribution
What will you own?
✅ Day-to-day store operations
✅ Inventory management & FIFO
✅ Retailer order punching through the DOCO App
✅ Delivery & driver management
✅ Building strong relationships with local retailers
✅ Increasing retailer engagement, footfall & store sales
✅ Hiring and managing delivery drivers

Who are we looking for?
? Someone with a hustler & ownership mindset
? Strong knowledge of Jattari, Khair,



Tappal and nearby villages
? Experience working with retailers / General Trade
? Someone who loves solving problems and getting things done on the ground
