VNR Nursery Hiring | Horticulturist / Horticulturist Trainee

VNR Nursery is looking for enthusiastic and scientifically oriented candidates to join our Research & Development (R&D;) – Fruit Crops team.

? Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh

? Job Type: Full-time | Field-based Research Role

? Openings: 2

? Educational Qualification

M.Sc. in Horticulture, preferably with specialization in Fruit Science.

? Key Skills

Fruit crop research & breeding
Experimental planning & field trial management

Orchard management & field experimentation
Research documentation & reporting
MS Excel, PowerPoint & Google Sheets
Planning, execution & field management

Ownership and solid observation skills

? Experience

Candidates with prior experience in fruit crop research,



breeding, nursery R&D;, orchard management or field experimentation will be preferred for the Horticulturist position.
Freshers with an M.Sc. in Horticulture and relevant academic/research exposure may be considered for the Horticulturist Trainee position.

? Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who are proactive, hardworking, scientifically oriented and willing to take ownership of research activities.

Candidates should be comfortable working extensively in orchards and field conditions and should be willing to relocate/work at any location based on

organization requirements.
