Then become a Product Owner (m/f/d) of one of the current product development teams at dSPACE. You will work on exciting and technologically cutting-edge product development projects, in the areas of control prototyping, Software-In-the-Loop (SIL) simulation, and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) simulation.

In this role, you take ownership of the product vision and backlog, ensuring that the team delivers solutions that meet customer needs and align with strategic goals. You will act as the bridge between product management and technical implementation, guiding priorities to maximize value delivery. You will focus on requirements related to Battery Management Systems (BMS), Vehicle Control Units (VCU), Motor Control Units (MCU), Vehicle Dynamics, Instrument Cluster, and Telematics. Beyond backlog management, you will identify gaps, gather feedback,



and drive continuous improvement for validation solutions at both component and system levels. In doing so, you can expect a variety of exciting, challenging, and diverse tasks that you will solve together as a team.

Your Tasks

You own the product backlog and ensure it maximizes value in alignment with the product vision and business goals
You analyze, coordinate, and prioritize product features in close collaboration with customers, partners, and the Scrum team
You translate customer requirements into clear features and acceptance criteria, balancing technical feasibility with business value
