Job Description:
Business & Revenue Management
Own and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual business objectives, revenue targets, and profitability goals.
Drive revenue growth and gross margin achievement across the assigned product portfolio.
Collaborate closely with regional sales teams to maximize sales opportunities and market penetration.
Conduct weekly business reviews with internal stakeholders and vendors to monitor sales pipeline, funnel, and business performance.
Vendor Management
Build, maintain, and strengthen strategic relationships with vendors.
Act as the primary point of contact for vendor engagement, business planning, and performance reviews.
Ensure alignment with vendor growth objectives and business priorities.
Drive effective utilization of vendor marketing and development funds (MDF/MARCOM) to maximize ROI and business growth.

Inventory & Supply Chain Management
Manage inventory planning, forecasting, stock availability, and working capital efficiently.




Monitor inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability while minimizing excess or aging inventory.
Analyze demand forecasts, backlog positions, and supply constraints, taking corrective actions where required.
Enhance supply chain effectiveness and improve overall operational efficiency.

Product & Market Management
Develop and execute product marketing plans, product launches, promotional programs, partner schemes, and market development initiatives.
Monitor market trends, customer requirements, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
Communicate and rationalize product positioning and business decisions across stakeholders.
Maintain a solid understanding of assigned technologies, solutions, and competitive offerings.
