Do you know how to sell a high-value machine tool?
Can you walk into an automotive or precision-engineering customer, understand their component and production challenge, and build a business case around a technical solution?
If your experience is limited to catalogue selling, this role is probably not for you.
We are looking for a hungry, technically strong and commercially aggressive Sales & Business Development professional to develop the Indian market for German OEM making multi-spindle CNC machines.
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
? 5–8 years of experience in technical sales/business development
? Background in CNC machine tools, turning centres, multi-spindle machines, Swiss-type machines or special-purpose machines
? Robust understanding of high-volume precision manufacturing and machining applications
? Experience working with automotive and auto-component manufacturers, construction ,and brass and hydraulic fittings
? Ability to identify opportunities,



engage decision-makers and drive long sales cycles to closure
? Strong communication and presentation skills
? Willingness to travel extensively across India
YOUR MISSION
You will not just wait for enquiries.
You will:
• Identify customers where multi-spindle technology can create a competitive manufacturing advantage
• Develop relationships with CXOs, Plant Heads, Manufacturing Heads and Engineering teams
• Build a strong national sales pipeline
• Understand customer components, cycle-time requirements and production volumes
• Generate and convert serious opportunities into machine orders
• Work with the Schütte technical team to develop the right solution
• Take ownership from lead generation to order closure
