Role Description The Human Resources Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Coimbatore, India. The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new team members. The Human Resources Executive will oversee HR operations such as maintaining employee records, administering benefits, supporting payroll inputs,



and ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating performance review cycles, supporting learning and development initiatives, handling employee relations and grievance resolutions, and organizing employee engagement activities. The role also requires collaborating with leadership to align HR practices with organizational goals and contributing to a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture.
