We are looking for a energetic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Payroll Processing and Statutory Compliance, along with exposure to core HR functions.

Key Responsibilities




Manage end-to-end payroll processing and ensure timely salary disbursement.
Handle and support statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, PT, TDS, and other applicable requirements.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare and manage HR MIS, reports, and employee data.
Support the Performance Management System (PMS) process, including appraisal coordination and documentation.
Assist in drafting, implementing, and maintaining HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee data and ensure accuracy and confidentiality of HR records.
Handle joining formalities, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors wherever required.
