People Operations Specialist
Design Confidence Consultancy LLC, Kochi
Role Purpose
The People Operations Specialist will be based within Design Confidence’s Global Capability Center in Kochi and will provide centralized HR and people operations support to Design Confidence’s international business.

The role will support the day-to-day employee lifecycle across the business, working closely with DC leadership, employees, finance and administration teams to ensure HR activities are coordinated consistently, efficiently and professionally.

The position is a hands-on, mid-level role with responsibility for delivering HR activities rather than managing an HR team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding
Coordinate recruitment activities across the business, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer documentation, and onboarding.
Maintain recruitment records and support leadership with recruitment progress and workforce requirements.
Coordinate employee joining formalities and ensure new employees have a structured onboarding experience.





Employee Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, personnel files and HR documentation.
Coordinate probation confirmations, contract renewals, employee letters, and other employment documentation.
Maintain employee information and ensure HR records remain current across the business.

Payroll and Benefits Coordination
Coordinate monthly payroll information with Finance and relevant local teams.
Maintain records relating to salaries, leave, allowances, benefits and employee changes.
Support administration of medical insurance and other company perks.

Performance and Development
Coordinate the company’s performance review and appraisal processes.
Maintain records of objectives, reviews and agreed employee development actions.
Support leadership with the administration of training and professional development initiatives.
