This role is not just about sending collaboration DMs. You will identify the right finance and lifestyle creators, negotiate smartly, run campaigns end-to-end, track outcomes, and turn one-off promotions into long-term creator partnerships.

What you will do
Identify, evaluate and onboard relevant creators across personal finance, careers, savings, investing, young professionals, family finance, lifestyle and regional-language content.




Build and maintain a structured influencer database with audience profile, engagement quality, pricing, performance history and contact details.
Own influencer outreach, pitching, negotiations, contracts, content briefs, approvals, publishing calendars and payments.
Create collaboration ideas that feel authentic to the creator while clearly communicating Inly’s value.
Run campaigns across Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, short-video platforms, communities and relevant regional channels.
Track campaign metrics including reach, views, clicks, installs, activated users, CAC, retention and creator-level ROI.
Work with product, design, content and growth teams to develop campaign assets, referral codes, tracking links and landing pages.
Identify fake engagement, poor-quality audiences and inflated creator pricing before committing budget.
Build long-term ambassador, affiliate and performance-based creator programs.
