Business Development Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for an energetic and confident Field Marketing & Business Development Executive to promote our training programs, build relationships with colleges and companies, generate leads, and create new business opportunities.
The role involves regular field visits, direct interactions with institutions and corporate organisations, and coordination of meetings, workshops, training programs, and partnership opportunities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Visit colleges, universities, educational institutions, and companies to promote our training programs and services.
- Identify and approach college management, placement officers, HODs, HR teams, L&D; teams, and other key decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and recent business opportunities through field visits, networking, references, and direct outreach.
- Present company offerings, including training programs, internships, workshops, skill development programs, and corporate training.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings,



presentations, seminars, workshops, and institutional activities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges, corporate organisations, and other potential partners.
- Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into partnerships, training programs, and business closures.
- Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Coordinate with internal marketing, sales, and training teams for successful execution of programs.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new colleges, companies, and partnership opportunities.
- Achieve assigned lead generation, meeting, partnership, and business development targets.
