Job Description
This is a full-time Business Development Manager (B2B) role based in Hyderabad. The position is focused on new business development, corporate customer acquisition, closing deals, and key-account growth.

The BDM will be responsible for taking qualified leads generated by our prospecting and digital marketing teams, connecting with decision-makers, fixing appointments, conducting corporate meetings, understanding requirements,



presenting suitable solutions, negotiating commercial terms, and converting opportunities into confirmed orders.
The ideal candidate is a confident and self-driven B2B sales professional who is comfortable meeting senior decision-makers, building relationships, negotiating effectively, and taking ownership of the complete sales cycle from opportunity to order.
Working Model – 4 Days Field + 2 Days Office

This is primarily a field-oriented Business Development role. Candidates should be comfortable travelling within Hyderabad and meeting corporate customers regularly.
4 Days – Field Visits: Visit and meet corporate customers, generate new business opportunities, conduct product presentations, understand customer requirements, follow up on active opportunities, negotiate commercial terms, and close orders.
2 Days – Office-Based Business Development: CRM updates, lead follow-ups, building new cor
