Creative & Content Lead

About the Role
We’re looking for a creative, proactive, and execution-focused Creative & Content Lead to help shape how the brand looks, sounds, and communicates across digital and physical touchpoints.
You’ll work across content ideation, creative production, AI-generated content, shoots, campaigns, website, app, and product creatives — taking ideas from concept to execution while maintaining a consistent and high-quality brand identity.

This role is ideal for someone who is equally comfortable thinking of a excellent hook and getting it made.

Key Responsibilities
1. Creative Production & Review
Develop and review scripts, hooks, captions, ad copies, social content, and campaign creatives.
Create and coordinate AI-generated images, videos, edits, and other visual content.
Review creative output for brand consistency, quality, storytelling, and communication.
Adapt creatives across formats and platforms including Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, website, and product/e-commerce channels.
Maintain a consistent visual and verbal brand language across all content.





2. Content Ideation — New Hooks & Angles
Constantly generate new content ideas, hooks, concepts, and creative angles.
Develop ideas for TOFU, MOFU, and BOFU content.
Identify opportunities for trend-led, product-led, educational, emotional, and performance-driven content.
Experiment with different storytelling formats and creative approaches.
Turn product features and consumer insights into engaging content ideas.

3. Shoot Coordination & Execution
Plan and coordinate photoshoots and video shoots from concept to final delivery.
Work with photographers, videographers, actors, creators, production teams, and internal stakeholders.
Prepare shot lists, references, scripts, creative briefs, and production requirements.
Ensure shoots stay aligned with the creative direction and brand guidelines.
Review and coordinate post-production, edits, and final assets.
