About The Role

Heads Up For Tails (HUFT) is India's leading pet care brand, built on a simple belief: pets are family. With a strong presence across retail, digital, grooming, veterinary care, and pet products, we're on a mission to create a happier world for pets and the people who love them.

As we continue to expand our footprint across the country, we're looking for a Franchise Head to lead and scale our franchise business.

The Franchise Head will be responsible for driving the growth, profitability, and operational excellence of the franchise channel. This role will own the end-to-end franchise business, including expansion strategy, business development, franchise partner acquisition, relationship management, commercial performance, and P&L; ownership.

The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business development, retail operations, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen, with prior experience in scaling franchise-led businesses.

Key Responsibilities / What You Will Do

Franchise Growth & Expansion





Develop and execute the franchise expansion strategy in line with the company's growth objectives.
Identify, evaluate, and onboard high-potential franchise partners across key markets.
Build a robust pipeline of prospective franchisees and drive conversions.
Conduct market assessments, location viability studies, and expansion planning.

Business Development

Lead end-to-end franchise sales, from prospecting and qualification to commercial closure.
Structure franchise agreements and negotiate commercial terms in partnership with internal stakeholders.
Identify current growth opportunities within existing and emerging markets.

Franchise Partner Management

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with franchise partners.
Act as the primary point of contact for franchisees and drive partner success.
Ensure alignment between franchise partners and HUFT's brand standards, customer experience, and operating philosophy.
