About the Role:
We are looking for an Order & Inventory Management Executive to manage day-to-day online orders, inventory, store replenishments and coordination with our retail partners. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced fashion environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Full-time on-site role in Andheri East, Mumbai
Manage online orders including packing, shipment booking and alterations
Manage inventory inward/outward in the inventory software – final packing, tagging, barcoding and storage
Keep Shopify inventory updated
Coordinate store replenishments based on sales and requirements
Handle store inquiries regarding stock availability and orders




Manage order returns and QC coordination for final approval of returned orders
Coordinate with marketing team, prepare and pack Sourcing pieces for dispatch
Coordinate with store partners and track their requirements
Collect and maintain store sales reports and ensuring timely invoicing and collection
Requirements:
Graduate with 3+ years of experience in fashion, retail, inventory or order management
Good working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, Shopify and inventory software
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Valuable communication and follow-up skills across other departments
Ability to multitask and work independently
