Head – Partnerships & Strategic Alliances | Loc: Coimbatore | Reports to: Chief Growth Officer

Key Responsibilities:
Build and lead the Partnerships & Strategic Alliances function from the ground up — identifying, negotiating, launching, and managing high-impact partnerships across financial services, loyalty, consumer brands, telecom, technology, education, and corporate ecosystems to drive incremental revenue and customer acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
•Strategic Partnerships – Build and execute a multi-year partnerships roadmap aligned to business goals; scout current opportunities and emerging business models.
•Rewards & Loyalty – Build alliances with loyalty programme operators across banking, airlines, hospitality, retail, fuel, and travel; design point earn/redeem programmes to drive repeat purchase.
•Consumer Brand Alliances – Partner with premium brands sharing our customer profile; run joint acquisition campaigns, co-branded marketing, and cross-promotions.
•Telecom & Technology Partnerships – Develop relationships with telecom operators, ISPs, fintechs,



and digital platforms; design bundled offers and subscriber-targeted acquisition programmes.
•Affordability & Financing – Own the affordability strategy end-to-end: EMI, cashback, trade-in, subscription, and leasing programmes through banks, NBFCs, and fintech partners.
•Ecosystem Development – Build partnerships across corporate employee benefit programmes, educational institutions, start-ups, real estate, healthcare, wealth management, and premium lifestyle networks.
•Partnership Lifecycle Management – Own the full cycle: opportunity identification, commercial negotiation, contracting, launch, governance, and renewals. Build lasting relationships with CXOs of partner organisations.
•Performance & Commercial Ownership – Track ROI, customer acquisition, profitability, and CLV; continuously optimise the partnerships portfolio for business outcomes.
