Role Description The Operations Associate internship is an on-site role based in Gurugram. The intern will support day-to-day operational activities, including coordinating with tutoring and support teams, monitoring service quality, and helping streamline internal processes. Responsibilities include collecting and analyzing operational data, preparing reports, and assisting in resolving issues that affect tutor and student experiences.
The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, handling basic customer inquiries, and contributing to process improvements that enhance efficiency and reliability.
