About the Role:

We are looking for a production professional with hands-on experience in PEB, structural steel, or heavy steel fabrication. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of shop-floor operations, production planning, workforce management, and quality-focused manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day production activities and shop-floor operations.
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet project requirements.
Coordinate with planning, quality, maintenance, stores, and project teams.
Monitor manpower, material, machinery, and production efficiency.




Ensure production activities are carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Identify bottlenecks and implement measures to improve productivity.
Maintain production records, reports, and performance metrics.
Ensure compliance with safety and operational procedures.

Qualification:

Graduate / Diploma B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipline.
Relevant experience in production within a manufacturing environment.
Strong shop-floor management and coordination skills.
