Role Summary:
We are looking for a skilled SAP S/4HANA Finance (FICO) professional to support, optimize, and enhance Finance processes. The role involves close collaboration with Finance and Plant stakeholders to deliver robust SAP solutions across Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO), while driving automation and process improvements.

6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide end-to-end support for SAP S/4HANA FI & CO modules, including:
o Cost Center Accounting
o Internal Orders
o Profit Center Accounting
o Period-end closing activities (allocations, assessments, distributions)
• Develop and customize financial reports and dashboards to support business requirements
• Troubleshoot day-to-day issues and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes aligned with ITIL practices and SLAs




• Handled SAP FICO implementation projects.
• Support and lead automation initiatives using BI/reporting tools

Required Experience & Skills:
• 6–8 years of hands-on experience in SAP FICO
• Strong exposure to end-to-end implementation and/or production support
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment (pharma preferred)
• Robust understanding of:
o Financial Accounting (FI)
o Controlling (CO) modules
• Experience in incident, problem, and change management
• Exposure to BI tools and reporting automation is an advantage
Preferred
• Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing domain
• Exposure to S/4HANA transformation projects
• Strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
